• Flat monthly subscription: Your HOA pays a set monthly fee that covers scheduled junk removal services for the community.

• Regular service visits: We come on a consistent schedule (for example, monthly or bi‑monthly) to remove approved items from designated areas.

• On-call options: For larger cleanups or special situations (move-outs, illegal dumping, seasonal cleanups), we can add extra visits at a preferred HOA rate.

• Curbside large item pickup: We remove approved large items (furniture, appliances, reno debris) from curbs or driveways on scheduled service days.

• Clear resident guidelines: Simple rules and flyers for what/how residents can set items out, so pickups stay smooth and compliant.

• Board coordination: We work directly with your HOA board or property manager to schedule, track usage, and handle resident requests efficiently.

• Priority add-ons: Extra pickups for move-outs or special cleanups at your HOA's preferred subscription rate.
