Commercial Bin Services
Our commercial service is built for contractors, construction companies, property managers, and businesses that need reliable bin service on-site. Short-term placements run up to one week; ongoing accounts run on a contract with a minimum of two pickups per month, giving you the consistency large or recurring jobs demand.

Residential Bin Services
Our residential service is designed for homeowners tackling a renovation, cleanout, landscaping project, or any job around the house. We drop the bin at your home, you fill it at your own pace, and we pick it up and handle disposal when you're done. Most residential projects use a short-term placement (up to two weeks), but if your project runs longer, we'll pick up the full bin, drop a fresh one, and your service period starts fresh from there.

CLRPath Solutions currently offers 30-yard roll-off bins — a versatile size that handles the volume of most residential renovation projects, construction site cleanups, and commercial waste jobs. Need to Dispose of Appliances or Metal?
Appliances and metal are prohibited from our standard roll-off bins, but that does not mean we cannot help. If your project includes scrap metal, old appliances, or other metal materials that need to go, let us know when you call. We have options to handle those materials separately — up to and including a metal-specific bin for jobs that generate significant metal waste. What Can and Cannot Go in the Bin
General Rule
No material may be loaded above the rim of the bin. Overfilled bins cannot be transported safely and legally, and loads that exceed the rim line will need to be reduced before we can pick up.
Items That Require Disclosure and Carry an Extra Disposal Fee
The following items can go in the bin but must be disclosed at the time of service and will carry an additional disposal fee:
Mattresses — $20 each. Please let us know in advance how many mattresses will be included in your load.
For safety, environmental, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be placed in CLRPath Solutions bins under any circumstances. If any of these items are found in a bin, additional fees and liability may apply.
Hazardous and Chemical Materials
Aerosol cans, antifreeze, chemical products, contaminated oils, explosives and fireworks, flammable liquids, hazardous waste, herbicides and pesticides, industrial waste, lubricating and hydraulic oil, motor oil, oil filters, oily rags, paint (except dried latex paint cans with no liquids), petroleum-contaminated soil, pool chemicals, radioactive material, solvents, and transmission oil.
Electronics and Appliances
Appliances of any kind, computers, fluorescent bulbs and tubes, freon-containing equipment (including AC units, refrigerators, and freezers), mercury-containing devices such as thermometers and thermostats, microwaves, monitors, and televisions.
Construction and Heavy Materials
Asbestos, asphalt, bricks, concrete, dirt, gravel, railroad ties, wet concrete or mixed cement, and metal or steel of any kind including appliances.
Other Prohibited Items
All liquids, ammunition and firearms, animals, barrels, batteries, lead-acid batteries, biohazardous or infectious waste, medical waste, pressurized cylinders, propane tanks, and tires of any kind.
If you are unsure whether a specific item is allowed, call us before it goes in the bin. We would rather answer the question upfront than have a problem at pickup.
