Some home projects are too big for a few trips to the dump and too spread out for a single junk removal visit to solve. A major renovation, a full garage cleanout, a landscaping overhaul, or clearing out a home that has accumulated years of stuff — these jobs need somewhere for the waste to go as the work happens. CLRPath Solutions drops a roll-off bin at your home, lets you fill it on your own schedule, and picks it up and handles disposal when you are ready. No renting a truck, no dump runs, no guessing where things need to go. Call or email us at (385) 398-1632 for a quote on residential bin service.
When Residential Bin Service Makes Sense
A residential bin is the right call when a project is too large or spread out over too many days for a single haul-away visit to solve. You should not have to stop what you are doing and schedule a junk removal crew every time a pile builds up. A bin on-site means the waste has somewhere to go as you work — so the project moves forward without interruption.
Common situations where homeowners call us for residential bin service include full kitchen or bathroom renovations where demo debris builds up daily, large garage or basement cleanouts that take more than a day or two to work through, estate cleanouts where sorting and clearing takes time, landscaping and yard projects that generate significant material, and roofing or siding jobs where a homeowner is managing the project themselves or working with a smaller crew.
Residential Bin Service Options
Short-Term Residential Bin Service
Short-term service covers up to two weeks per placement — enough time for most home renovations, cleanouts, and landscaping projects to run their course. We drop the bin at your home, you fill it as the work progresses, and we pick it up and handle disposal when you are done.
If your project is not finished when the two weeks are up and you need another pickup before you are ready to call it done, we pick up the full bin and drop a fresh one — and the two-week period starts fresh from that point so you have continuous service without any gap.
Long-Term Residential Bin Service
Long-term residential bin service is available for homeowners managing extended renovation projects, landlords overseeing ongoing property work, or any residential situation that requires regular scheduled pickups over an extended period. Long-term service runs on a contract with a minimum of two pickups per month.

What Can Go in a Residential Bin?
Our 30-yard bins handle the full range of standard residential waste and renovation debris. Household junk, furniture, renovation materials, flooring, drywall, lumber, roofing shingles, insulation, packaging, and general cleanout material are all acceptable. No material may be loaded above the rim of the bin — overloaded bins cannot be transported safely or legally and will need to be reduced before we can pick them up.
Items That Require Disclosure and Carry an Extra Fee
Mattresses can go in the bin but must be disclosed in advance. An additional $20 fee applies per mattress. Let us know at the time of booking how many mattresses will be included in your load so there are no surprises at pickup.
Prohibited Items for Residential Bins
The following items cannot go in the bin under any circumstances. These restrictions exist for safety, environmental, and regulatory reasons.
No liquids of any kind. No paint in liquid form — dried latex paint cans with no liquid are acceptable. No hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, fuels, or oils. No appliances or freon-containing equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and AC units. No electronics including televisions, monitors, and computers. No concrete, asphalt, bricks, dirt, or gravel. No metal or steel of any kind. No tires. No batteries. No propane tanks or pressurized cylinders. No biohazardous, medical, or radioactive waste.
If you are not sure whether something is allowed, call us before it goes in the bin. A full prohibited items list is available on our main Container Service page.
Residential Bin Sizes
CLRPath Solutions currently offers 30-yard roll-off bins for residential projects throughout Utah County. This size handles the volume demands of most home renovations, garage cleanouts, estate cleanouts, and landscaping projects. Additional smaller bin sizes are coming soon for projects that do not require the full capacity of a 30-yard bin. Call us to talk through your project and we will make sure you are matched with the right option.

Residential Bin Services FAQ
Where will the bin be placed on my property?
We work with you on placement before delivery to make sure the bin is accessible for your project without blocking driveways, damaging landscaping, or creating problems with neighbors or HOA requirements. If you have specific placement needs, let us know when you call.
Will the bin damage my driveway?
We take care during delivery and pickup to minimize impact on driveways and landscaping. If you have a freshly paved or sealed driveway or other specific surface concerns, mention it when you book and we will talk through placement options.
What if I fill the bin before the two weeks are up?
Call us and we will schedule a pickup. If you still have more to fill, we can drop a fresh bin and the service period starts fresh from that point.
Can appliances go in the residential bin?
No. Landfills and Transfer stations require appliances to be separated from regular trash for recycling. Unless you are filling the bin with appliances only, appliances of any kind — including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and freezers — are prohibited from our bins. If you need appliances removed, our junk removal service handles appliance haul-away separately. Call us and we can discuss combining services to handle everything in one visit.
Can I put old furniture in the bin?
Yes. Furniture is one of the most common items that goes into residential bins. Sofas, beds, dressers, tables, chairs, and other household furniture are all acceptable as long as the load does not exceed the rim of the bin.
My HOA has rules about bins on driveways. Can you help?
We recommend checking your HOA guidelines before booking. We are happy to discuss placement options, timing, and whether a short turnaround service schedule works better for HOA-restricted communities. Call us and we will help you figure out the best approach for your situation.
