Construction sites and commercial operations generate waste constantly and unpredictably. Framing scraps, drywall cutoffs, roofing material, packaging, demo debris, and ongoing business waste pile up fast — and a job site or operation that runs out of somewhere to put it stops moving efficiently. CLRPath Solutions provides roll-off bin service built specifically for contractors, builders, and businesses in Utah County. Flexible scheduling, reliable pickups, and a local company you can actually get on the phone when something changes. Call or email us at (385) 398-1632 for a quote on commercial bin service.
Why Contractors and Businesses in Utah County Choose CLRPath Solutions
Large national waste management companies are built for volume, not flexibility. Rigid pickup windows, slow response times, and customer service that puts you on hold are the norm. When you are running a job site or business operation and need a bin picked up or swapped out, you cannot afford to wait. CLRPath Solutions is locally owned and operated in Spanish Fork. We know Utah County, we know the pace that construction and commercial operations run at, and we are reachable when you need to make a change.
We work with general contractors, subcontractors, roofing companies, framing crews, remodeling companies, independent builders, and commercial businesses throughout the valley. Whether you need a single bin for one project or ongoing bin service for a business or multi-phase job, we build the service plan around how your operation actually runs.
Commercial Bin Service Options
Short-Term Commercial Bin Service
Short-term service is designed for projects and jobs with a defined timeline. We drop a 30-yard bin at your job site or business location, you fill it as work progresses, and we pick it up when it is full or the job is complete. Service covers up to two weeks per placement. If the project extends and the bin is full before you are finished, we pick it up and drop a fresh one — and the service period starts over from that point so your site stays clear without any gap in service.
Short-term service is ideal for roofing jobs, remodeling projects, demo work, single-phase construction jobs, and one-time commercial cleanouts.
Long-Term Commercial Bin Service
Long-term service is built for contractors running multi-month projects, property managers overseeing ongoing operations, and businesses that generate ongoing waste and need a reliable removal schedule. We place a bin at your site or facility and schedule regular pickups at a frequency that matches your waste output — with a minimum of two pickups per month. Long-term service runs on a contract so you have predictable waste management built into your project or operations budget from the start.
Long-term service is ideal for new construction builds, large renovation projects, contractors managing multiple jobs, property managers, and commercial businesses that need consistent, scheduled waste removal.

What Can Go in the Commercial Bin?
Our 30-yard bins handle the full range of standard construction and commercial waste. Wood framing scraps and lumber cutoffs, drywall and sheetrock, roofing shingles and underlayment, insulation, flooring materials, doors, windows, packaging and cardboard, and general construction and business debris are all acceptable. No material may be loaded above the rim of the bin — overloaded bins cannot be transported safely or legally and will need to be cleared down before pickup.
Items That Require Disclosure and Carry an Extra Fee
Mattresses can go in the bin but must be disclosed in advance. An additional $20 fee applies per mattress. Let us know at booking how many mattresses will be included.
Prohibited Items for Commercial Bins
The following materials cannot go in the bin under any circumstances. These restrictions apply to every load regardless of job type.
No concrete, asphalt, bricks, dirt, gravel, or wet mixed cement. No metal or steel of any kind (unless receiving a metal only bin), including appliances. No tires. No hazardous materials, chemicals, solvents, oils, or fuels. No paint in liquid form. No asbestos. No freon-containing equipment. No electronics. No pressurized cylinders or propane tanks. No biohazardous, medical, or radioactive waste.
If a specific material is not on this list and you are unsure whether it is allowed, call us before it goes in the bin. A full prohibited items list is available on our main Container Service page.
Commercial Bin Sizes
CLRPath Solutions currently offers 30-yard roll-off bins — a size that handles the volume demands of most construction and commercial jobs throughout Utah County. Additional bin sizes are coming soon to serve smaller projects and specialized jobs. Call us to discuss your project volume and we will make sure you have the right capacity for your operation.

Commercial Bin Services FAQ
Can you deliver to an active job site?
Yes. We deliver to active construction and commercial sites and work with you on placement so the bin does not interfere with the flow of the job. If site layout or access changes, let us know and we will coordinate accordingly.
What happens if the bin fills up before the job is done?
Call us and we will schedule a pickup and drop a fresh bin. The service period starts over from the date of the new drop so your site has continuous coverage without any gap.
Can I get regular scheduled pickups for an ongoing operation?
Yes. That is exactly what our long-term service contract is built for. We schedule pickups at a minimum of twice per month and adjust frequency based on what your operation requires. Call or email us to put together a contract that fits your timeline and waste volume.
Can metal and steel go in the bin?
Landfills and transfer stations require us to separate metal/appliances from regular garbage/waste. Unless you are filling the bin with only metal and appliances, no. Metal and steel of any kind — including appliances — are prohibited from our bins. If you have scrap metal from a construction or commercial project that needs to be hauled away, call us to discuss options.
Can concrete and masonry debris go in the bin?
No. Concrete, asphalt, bricks, and gravel are prohibited due to weight restrictions and disposal regulations. These materials require specialized handling and cannot be included in a standard roll-off bin load.
How do I get a quote for commercial bin service?
Call or text us at (385) 398-1632 or email clrpathsolutions@gmail.com. Tell us about your operation or project, the type of waste you are generating, and how long you need service — and we will put together a plan and quote that fits.
